I'm 47, divorced, and make my home in a little house in upstate New York with my three kitties, Sam and Dean (my little co-dependent brothers) and Smokey. It's not much, but it's mine and that's what matters. By day you'll find me toiling away at a hospital as a secretary. By night, I'm a writer. My secret life if you will.
I recently had the privilege of meeting Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles in person and truly cannot say enough nice and wonderful things about them. You'll never meet two greater guys.
While Supernatural is my current favorite obsession, I enjoy writing for several different fandoms--Emergency, Starsky & Hutch, the Leandros Bros. books by Rob Thurman, The Sentinel, and most recently NCIS. I'm also a published author, having two books of poetry ("Doorway to a Soul" and "In the Quiet Stillness") out there.
I answer to many names including "V", "Van", "Ness", and even "Storyteller". Feel free to pick one. hehe (Most people call me Ness.)

I don't think Tony is truly hopeless or cowardly either. But here I think you have him portrayed correctly. I think he simply let's his imagination run away with him a wee bit (as we've seen in the show) and it's done kind of tongue-in-cheek (if you know what I mean). I liked this. :-)
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. I didn't want anyone to think I disliked Tony, 'cause I knew it could come across that way. Not so much here, but certainly over on ffn, people can be really touchy about characters being portrayed even a little negatively. To be honest, I'm pretty sure that would be my reaction to getting lost in the dank, dark hull of a huge ship! Hehehe. I'd characterise this as ragging on Tony a bit, but doing so with enormous affection! ;) Really glad you liked it :-D
A tribute to Lee Thompson Young and the character he played on Rizzoli & Isles, Detective Barry Frost. In a crossover between the Season Four Rizzoli & Isles and Season 11 NCIS universes, Detective Jane Rizzoli and Special Agent Jethro Gibbs talk about lost friends and moving on in the wake of their deaths.

This was a lovely tribute to Lee Thompson Young. I really liked Frost on R&I. I was sad to hear the news yesterday.
