The product of a pack of eccentric and indirectly inbred ancestors, I come from an unbroken (but a trifle warped) home. My father is a rabid Republican, "a frustrated Southern Baptist preacher" as my Mom says. She is an open-minded not-quite-Democrat whose Southern Hospitality puts the Golden Rule to shame.
We moved around a lot as a kid, I've lived in the Foothills of Georgia's Appalachian Mtns, the high Deserts of California and Nevada, the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska, and all over central and south Texas -- from a house literally two blocks from the Rio Grande River to the Hill Country. All that moving made me slightly neurotic, incredibly shy, and wiling to try anything -- once. ;)
I enjoy all types of Books, TV-Shows, and Movies -- even the old B&W and Silent films. My taste in music is just as eclectic. I can get lost in Biographies, tales about Archaelogy, and any book or show with Medical/Pathology information (R/L or Fic) and any type of Mystery.
